Terms and Conditions

Blue Fountain Day Spa strives to provide all clients a satisfactory experience with our treatments and a clear understanding of our service terms and conditions.

Appointments

We appreciate your time and want to make sure that you get your full treatment time. Please come a few minutes before your appointment time to fill out any paperwork required, discuss your treatment requirements with your therapist and prepare for your treatment.

Appointment reservation. Please call or email us with your appointment request. Whereas walk-ins may be accepted from time to time, we cannot guarantee that due to availability of therapists or state mandates. At your appointment reservation we will require your treatment package number or other means of payment. In the absence of a package, you may present a gift card number, voucher or charge a deposit. One of these methods will be required to reserve an appointment. We will confirm your appointment with you the day before it occurs through a voice or text message.

Delayed appointments. If you will be delayed, we would appreciate whatever advance notice you can give us – we may be able to preserve your full allotted time – by calling our number as soon as possible. Unfortunately, if we have another appointment following yours, we may have reduce your treatment time so that it does not impact the following appointment.

Missed appointments. If you miss your appointment, we reserve the right to charge you for the missed appointment by either redeeming a package treatment, the value of the treatment from the gift card, redemption of a voucher, or through forfeit of the deposit left when making the appointment. In cases of emergency, please give us as much advance notice as possible and we will try to reschedule your appointment without penalty. Any cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to forfeiture of payment solely at our discretion.

Refunds

Product purchases. A refund of the purchase amount less 15% restocking fee will be offered on any product purchased from us within thirty (30) days of purchase, provided that the product is unopened, in its original packaging and not expired. Please present your receipt for verification of amount paid.

Service packages. Refunds for service packages will be honored up to seven (7) days after purchase on the unused portion of the package. Any utilized treatment sessions of the package will not be refunded; the value of the utilized treatment sessions will be calculated at the regular single price rate when deducted from the amount paid. Refunds will be made using the same method as the initial purchase of the package.

Exchanges

Unused service package sessions may be exchanged for a gift card that may be transferred to a recipient of the bearer’s choice. At the discretion of Blue Fountain Day Spa, the unused session value may be substituted for similarly priced treatments. In all cases, Blue Fountain Day Spa shall have final determination of such exchange value.

Gift Cards

The value of a gift card never expires. Bearer represents that he/she is the lawful recipient of the gift card. The gift card value must be registered with Blue Fountain Day Spa and only includes the value purchased by the purchaser. Blue Fountain Day Spa retains sole determination as to what the current gift card value is.

Treatment Packages

Treatment packages may be purchased for any combination of our treatment offerings. Your per session cost decreases the more sessions you purchase in your package, saving you more than the single treatment cost. A package is ideal for repeat treatments. Feel free to share your package treatments with friends and family – there is no extra cost to doing so. Packages never expire. Once you have locked in your savings, we honor the treatments contained in the package even if their price changes.

Please make an appointment as you would for a single treatment. When your treatment is complete, we will ask you to initial your treatment record so you and we, know how many treatments are remaining. Clients with packages are eligible for special promotions on treatments and product discounts!
